About the role

GEMS Metropole School Al Waha is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Business Teacher to join its international community in Dubai starting August 2026. You will inspire young learners to develop enterprise skills, financial literacy and a real‑world understanding of work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging primary business curriculum aligned with the school’s innovative, future‑focused approach.
• Embed real‑life learning opportunities that develop problem‑solving, creativity and financial literacy.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate business concepts across subjects.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a BEd or Bachelor’s degree plus PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Experience teaching business enterprise or related subjects at primary level.
• Creative, enthusiastic and able to engage young learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to the school’s values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
