Primary Mathematics Teacher

About the role

Al Sadiq Islamic English School in Dubai, following the British Curriculum, is seeking an experienced Primary Mathematics Teacher for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The role involves delivering engaging mathematics lessons to primary students and supporting their overall academic development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons in line with British Curriculum standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide appropriate academic support.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities and academic initiatives.
• Support students’ overall learning and development.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualifications with attested educational certificates.
• UAE Equivalency Certificate and Police Clearance Certificate from the home country.
• British Curriculum teaching experience preferred; UAE teaching experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
• Strong knowledge of British Curriculum teaching methods, primary‑level mathematics delivery, student assessment, classroom management, and lesson planning.
