Primary Teacher – August Start

About the role

GEMS Education is seeking Primary Teachers to join its GEMS Founders School in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2026. This role offers valuable international exposure for early‑career teachers and a pathway for experienced educators to advance within a globally recognised school network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging primary‑level lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Work closely with colleagues, students and parents, fostering strong relationships.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular programmes and community‑based events.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching primary students.
• Ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
• Aspiration to work in a world‑class school and grow one’s career.
• Willingness to contribute to the school community and extra‑curricular activities.
