About the role

GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join its high‑performing team from August 2027 (or earlier if available). The school follows a cognitive‑science driven approach and aims to empower students for a limitless future.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging primary curriculum aligned with evidence‑informed practice.
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to support learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share outstanding teaching practices.
• Participate in professional development programmes and instructional coaching.
• Contribute positively to the school community and culture.

Required profile

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching at primary level.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with students, parents and staff.
