Primary Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our school community. In this role you will create a supportive, inclusive classroom where every child can thrive academically and socially. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to deliver high‑quality education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that meets diverse learning needs.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Develop and maintain classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility, and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent‑teacher conferences, and school events.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to enrich learning and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience teaching elementary‑aged children (1–3 years or more preferred).
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment practices.
• Commitment to safeguarding, health, and safety of students.
