Primary Teacher (KS2 Maths & Science)

About the role

Aldar Academies are seeking an outstanding Primary Teacher for Upper Key Stage 2 with a specialism in Maths and Science at Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi, starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the UK National Curriculum in Maths and Science to the KS2 cohort, as well as supporting foundation subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths and Science lessons across the KS2 year group.
• Teach selected foundation subjects as required.
• Lead and organise team and planning meetings.
• Line‑manage teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring compliance with UAE Professional Teacher Standards.
• Contribute to the school’s monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes.
• Uphold high standards and expectations in all aspects of provision.
