About the role

GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills is seeking outstanding Primary Teachers to join the school from August 2027, or sooner if available. The role involves delivering evidence‑informed, high‑impact teaching aligned with the school’s vision of limitless learning, solutions and possibilities.

Required profile

Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
Proven experience teaching at Primary level
Strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
Commitment to collaboration and sharing best practice
Growth mindset, reflective, resilient and solution‑focused
Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young learners
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, colleagues and parents
Willingness to contribute to co‑curricular programmes and community events
