About the role
The Principal Analyst – Change Management is responsible for governing, enhancing, and overseeing the ServiceNow Change Management module within the bank’s IT Service Management framework. The role ensures the platform supports change processes while complying with enterprise governance standards, regulatory requirements, and ITIL best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Govern and enhance the ServiceNow Change Management module, providing operational oversight.
- Coordinate enhancements, resolve defects, and conduct testing and validation activities.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Review changes, enforce process adherence, and facilitate regional change governance activities.
Required profile
- Functional lead for the ServiceNow Change module.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong knowledge of change management processes.
Required skills
- ServiceNow Change Management module.
- ITIL best practices.
