Principal / Center Manager

About the role

The school is seeking a qualified female Principal or Center Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi branch. This senior position involves overseeing daily operations, guiding teachers and assistants, and ensuring the curriculum meets the required standards. The role reports directly to the CEO on a weekly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and teaching assistants.
• Oversee daily curriculum planning, approve lesson plans, and ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Maintain and update registration records, manage classroom space allocation, and monitor attendance of staff.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for the CEO, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
• Implement positive changes to enhance the learning environment and curriculum delivery.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a qualification equivalent to Cache5 or comparable education.
• Proven experience in managing an educational centre or school.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, parents, and senior management.
