Principal Consultant – Oracle SCM Cloud

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementations for telecom clients in Sharjah. You will drive the full consulting lifecycle, from business process analysis to solution design, configuration, deployment and client training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process consulting, define problems and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop, configure and deploy Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and proposal development.
• Provide client training and build internal capabilities.
• Detail project scope and shape value‑adding consulting offerings.

Required profile

• Strong Oracle functional expertise with experience in telecom organizations.
• 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud applications.
• At least 2–3 full life‑cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
• Ability to configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Experience in implementation strategy, functional specifications, solution design, testing and training.
• Good knowledge of data conversion, migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and testing strategies such as CRP, SIT and UAT.
• Excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree.
