Principal Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

This senior position embeds a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer directly into high‑impact operational domains in Abu Dhabi. You will re‑engineer critical workflows, deploy multi‑agent AI systems and automated decision engines, and own the measurable business outcomes from start to production.

Key responsibilities

• Field discovery & scoping: work with operational stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, define baselines and frame business requirements before coding.
• Agentic systems engineering: architect and deploy multi‑agent workflows, tool‑execution loops, context‑memory systems and RAG pipelines using Python/Go and cloud infrastructure.
• Reusable platform primitives: translate field deployment patterns into reusable components and developer playbooks that scale across the portfolio.
• Value measurement & governance: instrument production software to track cycle‑time reduction and efficiency gains while complying with data‑residency, security and multi‑tenant isolation standards.

Required profile

• Field‑hardened builders who thrive in ambiguous, client‑facing environments and can communicate with operational leads and executives.
• Product engineers by instinct: run user interviews, set scope and ship production code to real users in weeks.
• Production agentic AI depth: hands‑on experience building multi‑agent systems, tool‑execution harnesses and evaluation frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or custom orchestrators.
• Business & ROI discipline: focus on real‑world adoption, unit economics and verified operational payback.
• Enterprise & regulated scale expertise: practical knowledge of Azure/AWS, containers (Kubernetes/Docker) and security frameworks in high‑assurance settings.
