Principal Quality Assurance Engineer (dnata)

About the role

Emirates Group is looking for a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer to join the dnata Quality Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability and security of large‑scale Cloud ERP solutions that support core financial and operational processes across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering design and build for solutions across release trains.
• Conduct technical design reviews to ensure appropriate architecture patterns.
• Plan and lead risk‑based end‑to‑end testing across development stages.
• Develop and enforce quality engineering standards and continuous improvements.
• Champion automation, lean development, test‑driven development and agile practices.
• Mentor and coach quality engineers, providing feedback and professional development.

Required profile

• Degree (12+3 or equivalent) with 8+ years of IT experience.
• Proven experience designing scalable quality engineering solutions for Agile Release Trains.
• Strong background in technical design reviews and architecture standards.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute risk‑based testing strategies.
• Experience driving automation across testing layers and leading root‑cause analysis.
