Principle Fiat Product Specialist

About the role

The Principle Fiat Product Specialist will lead the planning and iteration of Bybit’s fiat payment channel integration and infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, compliance and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable payment solutions for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Own product planning and iteration of payment channel integration, including bank integrations, payment gateways, settlement systems, and internal service frameworks.
• Design and optimise scalable integration solutions supporting multiple payment methods, regions and partner institutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to build stable, reusable, extensible infrastructure services that improve integration efficiency and system reliability.
• Coordinate with external partners such as banks and payment service providers to manage integration requirements, testing, launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Monitor core infrastructure and channel performance metrics, analyse failures and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Define operational processes, contingency mechanisms and failover strategies for channel incidents.
• Work with compliance, operations, risk control and customer support to ensure regulatory alignment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in payment, fintech, infrastructure or platform product management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify system bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and proven ability to manage complex system integrations.
