About the role
Barclays Private Bank is seeking a Director‑level Private Banker to lead growth across the Middle East, building deep relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and family offices.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire, develop and maintain proactive, long‑term client relationships across the region.
- Manage operational, reputational, financial crime and credit risk for the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Barclays policies.
- Act as senior ambassador for Barclays Private Bank, strengthening its presence and reputation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the Private Banking team.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Director‑level Private Banker managing a substantial HNW/UHNW portfolio.
- Strong network and track record of acquiring UHNW clients in the Middle East.
- Deep understanding of cultural, regulatory and commercial dynamics of the Middle East private wealth landscape.
