About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for a professionally trained Private Chef to lead the culinary operations of a private household in Dubai. The successful candidate will design and execute high‑quality meals while maintaining the utmost discretion and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan weekly menus aligned with preferences, nutrition goals, and household schedule.
• Prepare and serve daily meals, accurately calculating calories, macros, and portion sizes.
• Develop healthy, high‑protein, and customized dishes as required.
• Experiment with diverse cuisines, ingredients, techniques, and food science.
• Purchase groceries, source premium ingredients, and manage pantry, refrigerator, and freezer stock.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety, and organization while minimizing waste.
• Prepare meals for guests and small private gatherings.
• Uphold discretion, professionalism, and household privacy at all times.

Required profile

• Formal culinary‑school qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional chef experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in menu planning, grocery purchasing, and kitchen management.
• Good knowledge of nutrition, calorie counting, and macronutrients.
• Ability to cook a broad range of international cuisines.
• Creative, organized, clean, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Private household experience preferred but not essential.
