About the role

The PRO & HR Coordinator will manage government relations and support HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

Process employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID applications, medical tests and residency renewals; coordinate with authorities and track expiry dates.
Handle company licence renewals, document attestation, regulatory requirements and maintain immigration and labour documentation records.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, support recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding, and manage attendance, leave administration and payroll inputs.
