Process & Compliance Manager – Automotive Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive's UAE and overseas operations. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
• Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.
• Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations, including new and used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.
• Review current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.
• Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop exception‑management dashboards and early‑warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or a similarly complex business environment (preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
