Process & Compliance Manager – Finance Transformation (Automotive)

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Process & Compliance Manager to drive finance transformation across its automotive operations in the UAE and abroad. You will partner with Finance, IT and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen governance and ensure robust controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and enhancements from a finance process and compliance perspective.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to design, test and roll out system improvements.
• Manage smooth delivery of upgrades, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
• Develop deep process knowledge across new/used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax and reporting.
• Review existing processes, recommend efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Ensure all processes and systems adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Create exception‑management dashboards and early‑warning reports using analytics tools to flag risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Experience in automotive, retail or similarly complex business environments is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management or Information Systems are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and business documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
