About the role
The Process Coordinator / System Administrator serves as the bridge between quality assurance, field operations, and the development team for a web‑based inspection and certification platform. You will ensure smooth daily operations, track system issues, and maintain documentation quality.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between inspectors, technical heads, and the application developer.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate system issues, improvement requests, and functional gaps from end users.
- Track day‑to‑day system issues related to inspection reports, certificates, workflows, and data accuracy.
- Follow up with developers on bug fixes, enhancements, and deployment updates.
- Support inspectors in correct application usage and enforce defined processes.
- Map existing inspection and certification workflows into system tasks and user requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify implemented changes.
- Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, work instructions, templates, and records.
- Control and update inspection logs, system records, and audit‑related documents, ensuring version control and proper approvals.
Required profile
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams (developers) and field teams (inspectors).
- Basic knowledge of QA systems and document control.
- Comfortable using web‑based applications and digital platforms.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on follow‑through.
