Process Coordinator / System Administrator

About the role

The Process Coordinator / System Administrator serves as the bridge between quality assurance, field operations, and the development team for a web‑based inspection and certification platform. You will ensure smooth daily operations, track system issues, and maintain documentation quality.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between inspectors, technical heads, and the application developer.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate system issues, improvement requests, and functional gaps from end users.
• Track day‑to‑day system issues related to inspection reports, certificates, workflows, and data accuracy.
• Follow up with developers on bug fixes, enhancements, and deployment updates.
• Support inspectors in correct application usage and enforce defined processes.
• Map existing inspection and certification workflows into system tasks and user requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify implemented changes.
• Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, work instructions, templates, and records.
• Control and update inspection logs, system records, and audit‑related documents, ensuring version control and proper approvals.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams (developers) and field teams (inspectors).
• Basic knowledge of QA systems and document control.
• Comfortable using web‑based applications and digital platforms.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on follow‑through.
