Process Management Analyst - UAE National

About the role

Join MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, as a Process Management Analyst supporting the Integrated Management System across GCC factories and MENA logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) ensuring alignment with corporate governance and standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of normative documents – review, validation, approval, publication, distribution, archiving and version control.
• Monitor document review cycles, ensure timely updates and communicate revisions to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with SOX controls, certification requirements and management system standards through reporting and follow‑up.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, handle auditor requests and close audit findings and corrective actions.
• Track contract validity and renewals for logistics providers and warehouses, maintaining proper documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Coordinate training and awareness initiatives on compliance, governance, document control and management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years experience in Integrated Management Systems, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Quality Systems, Audit Coordination or Business Process Management.
• Experience with ISO‑based management systems, SOX controls, audits or document management processes preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or FMCG environments is advantageous.
