Process & Methods Manager

About the role

Reneco is seeking a Process & Methods Manager to strengthen how its operational centres work. The role analyses, develops and optimises organisational processes so they are efficient and effective, engaging with departments to find gaps, streamline workflows and implement solutions that raise productivity. It is a hands-on, cross-functional position with regular on-site engagement with teams, focusing on processes, responsibilities, tools and coordination rather than technical protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cultural and operational change by training teams, winning buy-in from local management and rolling out new methods
• Review and map processes across operational departments, support functions and site services, spotting gaps, duplication, bottlenecks and unclear responsibilities
• Work with centre management to prioritise improvement initiatives by operational needs, risks and expected benefits
• Design and implement workflows, procedures, checklists and tools with the relevant teams
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, handovers and escalation routes within and between departments
• Strengthen coordination between centres and central support functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT)
• Harmonise processes across centres where appropriate, taking local conditions into account
• Support maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, purchasing, stock management, logistics and site services

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in process improvement, operations management or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience delivering improvements in complex environments involving multiple departments or sites
• Experience developing and implementing KPIs to measure process success
• Fluent English; Arabic, French and/or Russian is a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly to international centres

Required skills

• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and process documentation tools
• Preferred: knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, Master's degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, ERP and process automation familiarity, experience with multicultural teams
