Processor – Escrow Services

About the role

Processor – Escrow Services is expected to provide a superior client service experience and seamless delivery of all escrow operations and services in collaboration with the team. The role ensures that services provided as an Account Trustee to clients and stakeholders comply with real‑estate, common‑area, body‑corporate and commercial escrow guidelines and the bank’s processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day escrow operations in compliance with Real Estate, DIFC, Common Area and Commercial Escrow laws and internal procedures.
• Check and process daily transaction documents related to developers, unit management, payments, deposits, allocations, cancellations, refunds, guarantees and retentions, providing timely confirmation to clients.
• Liaise with bank‑appointed engineers to obtain certifications for payment releases.
• Reconcile internal and regulatory reports and ensure timely submission to regulators and stakeholders.
• Monitor project‑wise accounts, reconcile exceptions and escalate issues for approval.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed timelines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support product managers and business units operationally, ensuring transactions meet regulatory and internal policies.
• Analyse operational activities, propose automation ideas and implement efficiency improvements.
• Perform UAT for new or enhanced product releases and sign off with IT and stakeholders.

Required profile

• UAE national (mandatory).
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in escrow operations or related banking functions.
• Result‑oriented with strong client focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to new initiatives.
