Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join Alcazar Energy in Dubai, supporting the management of project‑related agreements and purchase orders across our multi‑entity renewable energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralised tracker of all signed agreements, capturing details such as counterparties, values, dates, renewal notices and status.
• Ensure contract compliance by confirming a signed agreement exists before issuing any purchase order and flagging gaps.
• Prepare and own the full lifecycle of purchase orders in the ERP, from creation and approval to distribution to requestors.
• Update the tracker for amendments, extensions or novations and proactively flag upcoming renewals or expiries.
• Register and maintain vendor master data, handle vendor queries and coordinate with finance, legal and project teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or contracts administration, preferably in energy, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage a high volume of contracts and purchase orders across multiple entities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/PO systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Working knowledge of contract terms, approval matrices and procurement controls.
