Procurement Analyst – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Procurement Analyst for a one‑year contract to support its client’s Dubai office. The role focuses on order support, supplier analysis, spend management and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse procurement spend data to identify cost‑reduction and value‑creation opportunities.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs and bid comparison analyses.
• Evaluate supplier quotations against technical and commercial criteria.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics and produce regular dashboards.
• Conduct price benchmarking and market‑trend analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, qualification and risk‑assessment processes.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier databases.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, technology or industrial sectors is preferred.
