Procurement Coordinator / Executive

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator / Executive will support BAM Group’s projects in Dubai by managing manpower sourcing, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of project staffing needs. This role bridges the gap between internal teams and external vendors to secure the right talent at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

• Source and coordinate manpower based on project requirements.
• Engage with manpower suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely resource availability.
• Negotiate rates, obtain quotations, and follow up with suppliers.
• Prepare procurement documents, quotations, and related records.
• Maintain and develop a reliable database of manpower suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Project Teams, and external suppliers.
• Ensure urgent manpower requirements are met within project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manpower supply, recruitment or staffing company.
• Good knowledge of the UAE manpower supply market and supplier network.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and relationship management abilities.
• Professional communication skills, including email and WhatsApp.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
