Procurement Executive (Senior / Managerial Level)

About the role

Utmost Gulf Group of Companies is urgently seeking a senior-level Procurement Executive to oversee purchasing operations for its transport, logistics, and fleet divisions in Dubai. This position focuses on managing high‑volume procurement programs, evaluating vendor networks, negotiating commercial contracts, and optimizing purchasing costs for heavy vehicles and automotive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement operations across transport, logistics, fleet, and workshop service divisions.
• Source, vet, and manage vendor relationships while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Purchase fleet inventory, heavy‑truck spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, filters, and maintenance supplies.
• Implement cost‑control measures and track purchasing budgets to maximize procurement efficiency.
• Record procurement transactions, manage purchase orders, and track supplier deliverables using ERP systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of dedicated UAE procurement experience, with a proven track record operating at a senior or managerial level within transport, logistics, or automotive sectors.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Deep expertise in fleet, automotive and heavy‑truck procurement.
