Procurement Manager – Contract Management & Outsourced Services

About the role

Scoutr AI is seeking a commercially‑minded Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, contract management and supplier performance for outsourced services. The role works closely with suppliers, clients and internal sales and operations teams to negotiate deals, ensure service quality and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs and tender evaluations for outsourced services.
• Develop service contracts and statements of work with legal and operations, managing renewals and amendments.
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships, conduct scorecards and drive performance improvement.
• Lead client meetings, present proposals and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Report on savings, spend, risk and enforce procurement governance.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of procurement, sourcing or contract management experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Client‑facing experience in outsourced or professional services with a proven track record in negotiations and renewals.
• Strong commercial judgment on pricing, margins and contract risk.
• Excellent written and spoken English and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field; CIPS/MCIPS preferred.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Procurement ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
• Reporting tools for spend and performance analysis.
