Procurement Manager for Education Group

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for its network of schools across the UAE. The role is responsible for delivering procurement services that meet organisational requirements, SLAs and KPIs while supporting the group’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned procurement categories and support school projects and planning meetings.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with the annual procurement plan.
• Lead procurement specialists and oversee day‑to‑day procurement activities.
• Maintain procurement trackers, KPIs, risk reporting and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Act as procurement lead on strategic initiatives, including technology and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and business units throughout the procure‑to‑pay process.

Required profile

• Strong planning, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in source‑to‑contract and purchase‑order processes.
• Ability to monitor performance, identify process improvements and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
• Knowledge of the education supplier market and experience managing a procurement team.
