Procurement Manager – PMC (GAS CAP)

About the role

This position offers an experienced PMC Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for high‑profile gas cap projects in the Middle East. You will develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project schedules and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement overall project procurement strategy and execution plans.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, lead commercial negotiations and recommend contract awards.
• Identify long‑lead items, track critical equipment deliveries and coordinate expediting to avoid delays.
• Monitor procurement schedules, budgets and supplier performance, resolving commercial issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Minimum 20 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably on ADNOC offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailed design engineering for offshore facilities and relevant international codes (ISA, IEC, API, NFPA).
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced EPC/EPCM/PMC environments on multi‑billion‑dollar projects.

Required skills

• FEED experience on high‑profile Middle East projects.
• Vendor pre‑qualification, commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Understanding of ADNOC engineering standards and international codes.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors and contractors.
