Procurement Manager & Senior Manager – Healthcare (UAE)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in the United Arab Emirates to recruit Procurement Managers and Senior Procurement Managers. The successful candidates will lead high‑value procurement initiatives, drive operational excellence and engage with key internal stakeholders across the healthcare supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies for multiple spend categories.
• Lead complex tendering, RFP and supplier evaluation processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Analyse spend data, market trends and supplier performance to deliver cost optimisation.
• Partner with internal business units to understand requirements and translate them into procurement solutions.
• Coach, develop and lead procurement teams, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• For Manager level: 8‑12 years of procurement experience with prior supervisory experience.
• For Senior Manager level: 12+ years of procurement experience with demonstrated leadership of strategy and category management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with procurement technologies.
