Procurement Officer – Hospitality

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support the Manager, Sourcing (F&B) in executing procurement strategies that align with business objectives at Atlantis The Palm Dubai. You will manage the sourcing of goods and services, ensure policy compliance, and apply Total Cost of Ownership principles to drive value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Sourcing (F&B) in developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Source and purchase goods and services required for hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Apply Total Cost of Ownership analysis to optimise spend.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and manage contracts.
• Provide timely and professional service to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and work independently.
