Procurement Officer – Property Development (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for SAAS Properties' development projects in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials and services are sourced, purchased, and delivered on schedule, supporting the company’s high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to optimise costs, maintain quality, and meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchasing expertise with experience managing sourcing processes and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to prepare and track purchase orders.
• Solid contract negotiation skills and analytical ability to assess bids and evaluate supplier performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction, or property‑development procurement is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
