Procurement Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Procurement Sourcing Manager will support the Manager of Sourcing in driving strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. You will apply a Total Cost of Ownership mindset, ensure process‑driven procurement, and deliver professional services to internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute strategic sourcing activities for goods and services in line with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor procurement cycles, conduct quality assurance, and manage contracts from initiation to close‑out.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Strong analytical, research, and logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
