Procurement Specialist – Aluminium, Glass & Façade

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and acquisition of aluminium, glass and façade materials for a leading UAE‑based architectural solutions provider. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production and project teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality materials while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for aluminium, glass and construction materials, from RFQs to purchase orders.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Projects and Stores to align material availability with project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and material quality, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the construction, aluminium, glass or façade industry within the GCC.
