Procurement & Vendor Management Lead (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to support a leading AI lab in training its language model on professional document, spreadsheet and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, offering flexible hours between 5 and 20 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft and manage RFPs and RFQs for various sourcing initiatives.
• Create and refine vendor‑scoring matrices, evaluation criteria and risk assessments.
• Review supplier contracts, service‑level agreements and spend‑analysis reports.
• Develop category strategies and monitor savings pipelines.
• Generate and improve AI‑produced documents, spreadsheets and slide decks used in core procurement workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFP/RFQ processes and negotiating or reviewing contracts and SLAs.
• Strong written communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in creating professional documents, spreadsheets and slide presentations.
