Producer - Fragrance Brand Content

About the role

KAYALI, a fragrance brand founded in 2018, is looking for a Producer to plan, produce and direct its in-house shoots from approved briefs to finished assets. The role covers social, brand, market, e-commerce/PDP and retailer content. It reports to the Senior Production Manager and works closely with Creative, the camera team, editors and retouchers.

Key responsibilities

• Turn approved briefs into detailed shoot plans, shot lists, shoot schedules and call sheets.
• Coordinate with the Art Director/Junior Art Director on approved visual direction.
• Arrange locations, talent, props, set dressing, styling, hair and makeup, and identify crew, equipment and specialist support needs, coordinating bookings and cost approvals with the Senior Production Manager.
• Brief contributors and ensure products, samples and production materials are ready.
• Produce and direct on set, capturing all required shots, formats and deliverables, and manage shoot-day logistics, timing and troubleshooting.
• Give editors and retouchers clear instructions, select and reference shot notes, and review finished assets against the brief for product accuracy, messaging, storytelling and required versions.
• Work through consolidated feedback from the Senior Production Manager and coordinate with the Mona Producer on shared shoots, with one designated shoot lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing and delivering branded video and photography shoots from pre-production through post.
• A portfolio showing hands-on producing and on-set directing, including talent direction.
• Ability to manage several shoots at different stages and solve problems under pressure.
• Beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury or lifestyle production experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and resourcefulness; UAE production contacts are advantageous.

Required skills

• Shot lists, call sheets, scheduling, casting, locations and crew coordination.
• Understanding of social content, product imagery and channel-specific deliverables.
• Ability to brief editors clearly and assess finished work against an approved brief.
