Producer / Production Coordinator

About the role

BENO is a Dubai‑based luxury lifestyle experiences company expanding its in‑house media team. The Producer / Production Coordinator bridges the Head of Media’s creative direction with on‑the‑ground execution, handling logistics for shoots ranging from simple assets to full campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate pre‑production logistics for video and photo shoots, including locations, scheduling, crew, and equipment.
• Arrange transport and on‑site logistics for crew, talent and gear on larger productions such as automotive, watersports and desert events.
• Maintain vendor and crew relationships, manage equipment rentals, freelance crew, talent agencies and drone operators.
• Support the Head of Media in shaping concepts, brief editors on delivery specs and keep post‑production on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of production coordination or producing experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Fluent English with professional communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines and physically demanding conditions.
• Organised, calm under logistics pressure and capable of running small shoots independently within a defined creative framework.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Trello for production planning.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong AI literacy – comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Higgsfield for planning and efficiency.
• Familiarity with social‑media content requirements for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
