Product Compliance Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Binance is seeking a senior Product Compliance Manager based in Abu Dhabi to provide expert regulatory guidance and leadership for its ADGM recognised bodies and financial services entities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve new products, features, and business initiatives to ensure alignment with FSRA rules and requirements.
• Act as the primary regulatory liaison for product proposals, queries and approvals concerning FSRA compliance.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and operational testing for new financial instruments, assets, products or features.
• Develop product compliance plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Draft, update and maintain internal compliance policies, frameworks and monitoring controls.
• Provide advice, training and support to staff to ensure adherence to product compliance plans.
• Assist with internal compliance audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance within fintech, crypto or traditional financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FSRA rulebooks (GEN, COBS, MIR, etc.) and a proven track record of regulatory engagement on product compliance.
• Ability to organise rulebook gap analysis, risk assessments and prepare detailed proposals for FSRA review and approval.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate advice in a practical, commercial manner.
