Product Engineer

About the role

As a Product Engineer at Tether, you will own the vision and execution of local AI‑driven products, guiding them from roadmap definition to release. You will split your time between hands‑on coding and strategic alignment, ensuring that each feature delivers real value to our fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps for AI‑enabled solutions and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Write and review code, contributing to the full stack of on‑device AI applications.
• Lead a cross‑functional pod of engineers, coordinating efforts across front‑end, back‑end, and data teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Monitor performance of AI features and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Passion for fintech and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work remotely with a globally distributed team.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
