Product Engineer - TradeNet Trading Platforms

About the role

GSSTech Group is looking for a highly skilled Product Engineer with deep expertise in the TradeNet family of products. The engineer is responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation and maintenance of high-frequency trading platforms, ensuring seamless integration with global financial markets and superior system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of TradeNet modules (OEMS, Data Streamer, Middle & Back Office).
• Design and build scalable full-stack features using Node.js and React.js to improve the trading experience.
• Manage and optimise FIX protocol integrations and direct market access (DMA) links.
• Ensure ultra-low latency for high-volume transactions and real-time data streaming.
• Work with Product Managers and QA to align technical solutions with the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Investigate root causes of platform issues and implement long-term stability fixes.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with TradeNet (mandatory) and trading platforms.
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid grasp of capital markets (equities, derivatives) and global wealth management flows.
• Preferred: certification in Financial Markets (NCFM or equivalent), Agile/Scrum experience, and cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD exposure.
