Product Management Analyst – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

The Product Management Analyst is an entry‑level position at Citi, focused on supporting the development and execution of product strategies. The role aims to help expand market share, launch new products and strengthen Citi’s competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing product roadmaps, launches and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse competitive industry landscape to identify trends, threats and opportunities.
• Support day‑to‑day product management for core offerings, including delivery, client experience and communication.
• Contribute to client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing and channel strategies.
• Participate in market research, product innovation road‑mapping and addressing product commoditisation challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience preferred, with knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development or analytics.
• Ability to work independently, adapt priorities quickly and manage pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
