Product Manager – AI Applications (Global Public Sector)

About the role

Scale AI is seeking an entrepreneurial product leader to drive the design and delivery of custom AI applications for government and public-sector clients outside the United States. The role will own large-scale AI projects, guiding cross-functional teams to create high-impact solutions that generate significant revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with clients to define bespoke AI solutions and scope new use cases across government entities.
• Manage cross-functional development of AI applications and custom large language models, coordinating engineering, operations and go-to-market teams.
• Engage end-users continuously to gather feedback, prioritize features and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Stay current with applied AI research, define model evaluation criteria, review performance and iterate on solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal public-sector leadership.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and passion for building AI applications that deliver measurable impact.
• Mission-driven mindset with rapid learning ability and at least 4 years of product experience, including recent AI-focused work.
• Technical background (STEM degree or equivalent) and solid understanding of generative AI technologies.
• Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
