Product Manager - AI x EdTech (French Fluent)

About the role

Paradox, a personal-growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Product Manager to build its AI-native product department. The role defines the product strategy, roadmap and experiments behind the company's ecosystem of Loops, PX Agents, Protocols and Membership. It is a full-time position based in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technology.
• Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership).
• Work with users weekly, analyse patterns and turn behavioural science and coaching psychology insights into product hypotheses.
• Build and ship using Lean Startup methodology: design experiments and metrics before building, iterate weekly on new hypotheses.
• Define and track metrics such as activation, retention and transformation rates, and connect them to business KPIs and lifetime value.
• Help marketing use product data for evidence-based storytelling.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; bonus for AI-driven products, learning design or personal development.
• At least one major feature or product delivered end-to-end with measurable results.
• Fluent English; French is required (native).

Required skills

• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping.
• Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI agents or quickly learn to do so.
