Product Manager – Back‑Office Trading Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve the back‑office capabilities that support our trading ecosystem. The role will ensure the platform is configured, integrated and continuously improved to meet business, operational and technology requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, define requirements and manage the backlog for brokerage back‑office systems.
• Design and improve operational workflows, platform configuration and data‑flow synchronization across MT5, KYC, Payments, Finance and CRM.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture and Operations to translate operational needs into technical specifications, PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead vendor interactions, coordinate UAT, releases and post‑release enhancements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis within FinTech, online trading or brokerage environments.
• Strong understanding of brokerage back‑office operations, APIs and system integrations.
• Proven stakeholder management skills working with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and Support teams.
