Product Manager - Compliance

About the role

Fasset is looking for a Product Manager to own the compliance and risk product roadmap, including AML/KYC infrastructure, Travel Rule compliance, account controls and jurisdictional expansion. The role works with a dedicated engineering pod and reports to the Head of Platform, operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product roadmap for compliance, risk, security and regulatory features, coordinating engineering, legal and compliance teams.
• Prioritise regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions, deciding what must be built first and what can be shared versus market‑specific.
• Drive AI‑native execution, leveraging AI tools to accelerate product development and ensure rigorous auditing of shipped features.
• Align stakeholders, manage resourcing cases and handle escalations without explicit direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping compliance or risk products in both crypto (Travel Rule, VASP obligations, on‑chain monitoring) and traditional finance (AML/KYC, PEP, EDD).
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate product development and a track record of owning roadmaps end‑to‑end, including stakeholder alignment and escalation management.
• Experience delivering products in multi‑jurisdiction, multi‑regulator environments and ability to distinguish shared infrastructure from market‑specific requirements.
• Background in emerging markets or Islamic finance is a strong plus.
