Product Manager – Digital Assets & Fintech

About the role

Our client is a regulated UAE fintech company building a next‑generation platform for digital assets, payments and financial services. They are seeking an ambitious Product Manager in Dubai with around two years of product management experience who wants genuine ownership of product development.

Key responsibilities

• Own product features from discovery through delivery and launch, defining requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user research, analyse customer feedback and monitor product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations and risk teams to ensure regulatory and business requirements are met.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, supporting product launches and internal/external communications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.
• Experience with digital products in fintech, payments, banking, crypto or SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a lean environment with genuine ownership.
