Product Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

Apparel Group is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the digital commerce experience across web and mobile platforms. You will shape the product roadmap, improve customer journeys, and deliver scalable e‑commerce solutions in close partnership with technology, design, data, operations, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end product roadmap and vision, translating priorities into clear PRDs.
• Manage a multi‑currency, multi‑language storefront (including Arabic/RTL) across GCC markets, covering catalogue, pricing, promotions, payments and localisation.
• Lead platform delivery on the commerce platform, overseeing upgrades, migrations and third‑party integrations such as OMS, search, payments, CRM and analytics tools.
• Run agile delivery cycles, enforce release and quality gates, and collaborate with QA for testing, sign‑off and security checks.
• Ensure platform stability with a target of zero critical outages while continuously shipping new features.
• Own commercial outcomes, improving conversion, units per transaction, fulfilment and gross‑to‑net ratio.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners, representing the brand in leadership and steering reviews.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or digital commerce.
• Hands‑on experience managing live transactional e‑commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to operate a multi‑region, multi‑language storefront, ideally including Arabic/RTL markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity of tools such as GA4, Firebase, Tableau or Power BI.
