Product Manager - Fintech

About the role

A fintech that has seen strong growth is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key parts of its platform. The role means owning a product area end to end, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to build products that customers use to manage their money.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the product area, from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and define solutions
• Write clear product requirements and work with engineering and design to ship features quickly
• Use data to measure product performance, run experiments and guide decisions
• Balance customer needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements
• Partner with compliance, risk and operations teams so products meet regulatory standards

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Track record of shipping digital products with measurable impact
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, or ability to learn it quickly
• Bonus: experience with payments, open banking, lending or B2B SaaS products

Required skills

• Comfort with data, metrics and A/B testing
• Experience in agile teams with engineering and design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
