Product Manager – Fintech Payments

About the role

The Product Manager will own the merchant‑facing payment product portfolio, guiding products from discovery through soft launch and ensuring commercial teams have accurate, up‑to‑date information.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end payment product launches, including discovery, soft launch, post‑launch review, internal launch materials and training.
• Maintain and continuously improve the internal product knowledge base in Confluence.
• Act as first line for product questions from Sales and Account Management, escalating only when needed.
• Tri­age inbound change requests in Jira, classify, route, and keep requesters informed.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, turning informal requests into structured input.
• Coordinate cross‑functional product projects across Payments, TechOps, IT and Engineering, tracking dependencies and timelines.
• Support design and rollout of internal dashboards and reporting tools for self‑service.

Required profile

• 3+ years in product management, product owner or product operations, preferably in payments or fintech.
• Direct experience in the iGaming sector with knowledge of deposit/withdrawal flows, KYC and payment method preferences.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, acquirers, KYC requirements and settlement basics.
